Supply Chain Execution FAQ

Canonical answers about Lasya AI, the System of Execution, ERP coexistence, Multi-Enterprise Execution, autonomous execution and operational memory.

What is Lasya AI?

Lasya AI is Settyl’s System of Execution for supply chains. It carries transactions across procurement, logistics, EXIM, finance, enterprise systems and external partners from intent to a verified business outcome.

What is a System of Execution?

A System of Execution is the software layer that owns the work between authoritative records. It maintains transaction state, determines and executes governed next actions, coordinates exceptions across systems and companies, verifies the outcome, and writes the approved result back to the System of Record.

Does Lasya AI replace ERP?

No. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics and other ERP platforms remain Systems of Record. Lasya executes the work between records and returns verified outcomes to ERP instead of replacing the ledger, master data, controls or governed enterprise state.

What is Operational Fragmentation?

Operational Fragmentation is the condition in which supply-chain work is distributed across ERP, email, spreadsheets, portals, specialist applications and external parties, leaving people to preserve context and coordinate the transaction manually across those boundaries.

What is Multi-Enterprise Execution?

Multi-Enterprise Execution is the framework for carrying one transaction across buyers, suppliers, carriers, forwarders, brokers, systems and communication channels while preserving execution state, context and ownership until the intended outcome is verified.

What is Autonomous Supply Chain Execution?

Autonomous Supply Chain Execution is the outcome when eligible supply-chain transactions can continue across systems, functions and enterprise boundaries with minimal human relay, including governed exception handling, until the required business outcome is verified.

Do suppliers, carriers or brokers need another portal?

No. Lasya can work through the channels participants already use, including email, WhatsApp, EDI, APIs, documents and existing portals. The objective is continuous execution without forcing every external party onto one shared application.

How does Lasya handle supply-chain exceptions?

Lasya interprets what changed, assesses downstream impact, executes recovery actions permitted by policy and authority, escalates when human judgment or approval is required, and keeps the transaction open until the recovery outcome is verified.

What is Operational Memory?

Operational Memory is the reusable history of transaction context, evidence, decisions, approvals, exceptions and verified outcomes. It allows later execution to use what actually happened in prior transactions rather than reconstructing context from disconnected messages and records.

How should an enterprise start with Lasya AI?

Start with one high-friction execution chain where manual relay is measurable. Establish baseline cycle time, human touches, exception-resolution effort and verified completion, then expand to adjacent procurement, logistics, EXIM or finance transactions after proving the execution model.
