Settyl builds Lasya AI, the System of Execution for Supply Chains

Lasya enables Autonomous Supply Chain Execution across procurement, logistics, EXIM, finance and external partners while existing ERP systems remain the System of Record.

The Story

We started inside the supply chain — so we saw exactly where it breaks.

Settyl began in 2022 as a low-code platform built for supply chain management. Working hands-on with a major telecom enterprise, we kept hitting the same wall — and it wasn't a missing feature.

The real problem was fragmentation. Companies ran a dozen disconnected systems, drowned in unstructured documents — POs, invoices, customs paperwork, supplier emails — and relied on people to carry work by hand from one tool, and one company, to the next. The ERP held the records, but the work that created those records lived in the gaps between systems.

So we built the System of Execution for the work that lived in those gaps. We engineered a proprietary intelligence that reads any document or message — Whatsapp, Portals, EDIs,PDF, email, scan, even handwriting — understands what it means, and turns it into action. That became the foundation of Lasya AI — the System of Execution for Supply Chains. It coordinates the work across procurement, logistics, EXIM, finance and external partners, carrying each transaction from request to resolution. Your ERP records the outcome. Lasya runs the work.

What we believe

You don't need another system to manage. You need the work to run itself.

For decades, enterprise software has been about recording — systems of record that store what happened and wait for a human to make the next thing happen. We believe the next layer is a system of execution: software that does the work, across functions and across companies, and writes the outcome back automatically.
That's why Lasya co-exists with your ERP instead of replacing it. SAP, Oracle and Dynamics keep doing what they're good at — the ledger, master data, compliance. Lasya handles the operational work that happens before a record needs to exist, then syncs it back. No rip-and-replace. No migration
And execution doesn't stop at the four walls of the enterprise. A purchase order touches a supplier. A shipment touches a carrier and forwarder. A customs clearance touches a broker. An invoice touches finance. Lasya connects these parties through the same execution flow — coordinating the next action, resolving exceptions, and carrying the transaction forward until the work is complete. One enterprise may own the ERP. Lasya connects the execution around it.

And because the work runs through Lasya, it remembers. Every PO, every shipment, every exception builds operational memory — a compounding record of how your supply chain actually behaves, across every partner who shares no system with you. The longer it runs, the more it executes from lived reality instead of a static rulebook. That memory is the moat — and it's the reason this gets better the longer you run it.

Excellence

The highest standard in everything Lasya executes on a customer's behalf — because it's acting in their operation, not a sandbox.

Blue heart shape intertwined with a stylized hand symbolizing trust and care.

Trustworthiness

Reliability, honesty and an audit trail for every agent action. When AI runs your operations, trust is the product.

Transparency

Open, clear communication with customers and stakeholders — and full visibility into every decision an agent makes.

Yield

Consistent, measurable value — cycle time cut, working capital released, manual effort removed. Returns you can point to.

Leadership

Defining a new category — autonomous supply chain execution — and setting the benchmark for what AI agents can run.

Sustainability

Responsible practices and efficient resource use — less waste, fewer expedites, leaner operations by design.

Our vision
A world where supply chain operations just run — where the work moves across every system and partner on its own, and people are freed from being the glue between disconnected tools.
Our Mission
To give every manufacturer autonomous supply chain execution — eliminating manual handoffs, connecting siloed systems and partners, and keeping the ERP accurate automatically through Lasya AI.
